14 days quarantine mandatory on arrival in Delhi

ccording to an order by the Delhi Government travelers arriving at the National Capital from Andhra Pradesh and Telangana via any means of transport have to undergo 14 days of institutional quarantine. It also said that, who have been administered both doses of any Covid-19  vaccine or carry a negative RT PCR test report not older than 72 hours before the journey, will be required to undergo home quarantine for 7 days and the persons who received the doses for the vaccine have to show the certificate. 

According to Delhi Disaster Management Authority (DDMA), a virulent variant of Covid-19  is reported and have been found recently in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. It is also said that the resident commissioner of the concerned state Bhawan will be responsible for ensuring compliance of instructions for quarantine in case of those reaching there. Similarly, owners of hotels, guest houses and such families will be responsible for the people receiving from these two States and the concerned district magistrates in the National Capital will ensure compliance of instructions in order and take the necessary action as per health protocol in Delhi.
