P Congress MLA and former state minister Brijendra Singh Rathore died while undergoing treatment for covid-19 other Private hospitals on Sunday. He was the party in charge for the last month's Damoh assembly by-poll in MP of which votes were underway on May 2. The Congress leader represented the Prithvipur assembly in the seat in the Tikamgarh district.

According to Rajeev Singh, State Congress general secretary, he told PTI that, he died because of a cardiac arrest .He was also air-lifted to Bhopal from Jhansi a week back and has also tested positive for covid-19 infection. Later his health condition started getting Deteriorated.

Covid-19  cases have been killing many lives .Meanwhile there's no slowdown in the cases as well as many states have extended as well as imposed full lockdown. Punjab has imposed strict restrictions regarding lockdown ,travellers would have to show RT PCR negative reports or a Covid-19 vaccine certificate. Meanwhile, no more than 2 passengers would be allowed to travel in 4 wheelers. Whereas Haryana and  UP have also extended their lockdown and National Capital  Delhi is facing an oxygen crisis as well as another one-week lockdown has also been extended in the Capital.
