ovid-19 has also hit Delhi police and around 1,500 personnel have been tested positive for Covid-19.  According to ANI, last week around 300 police personnel were contracted with the virus and this time it has tripled up to 1,500.Meanwhile, the Delhi police are playing a significant role in managing the Covid-19 situation in the capital. The department has been handling multiple requests from across the city. As the infection surged the department has arranged oxygen for hospitals with shortage, sent Remdesivir to patients in other states and turned the public park into a full-fledged hospital among many others.

Delhi Police are also catering to several requests for Plasma more than 90% of the Delhi Police have successfully received the first dose of covid-19 vaccine.
