s the second wave has hit the nation, US-based airlines started online fundraising campaigns to help people in India. People who want to donate can donate money through giving to their airline's accomplice like World Central Kitchen, Airlink, Americares, Global Giving Foundation. The airlines also contributed up to 5 million bonus miles to cheer up MileagePlus members to encourage their efforts to tie up their donation up to a total of USD 40,000 in cash donation.

MileagePlus is a program by United Airlines which offers rewards to the passengers in terms of earning and collecting points through this program, the donation process will start in the process from June 15. United has served India since 2005 and employs 300 individuals in the country due to the second wave of coronavirus in India, the situation is getting worse in several parts of India as the shortage of equipment is also not fulfilled in the nation. Moreover, through the fundraising campaign united airlines support goods to transfer medical equipment from one region to also in the middle of April 28 to May 2, United will conduct 20 flights for transport supplies of more than 300,000 pounds medical supplies to India.
