he people of national capital have to stand in long queues to get themselves vaccinated in order to decrease the spread of Covid infection. Meanwhile, the Health Minister of Delhi on Monday announced that Covaxin and Covishield are running out of stock.

Satyendra Jain said, "There is only one day of Covaxin left in Delhi and only three to four days of Covishield. We need vaccines at the earliest.

This information came a day after Arvind Kejriwal said that the Delhi Government can vaccinate the entire National Capital in 3 months if he gets nearly 95 lakh doses a month. He also said that the number of Covid-19 vaccination centres will be increased three times in Delhi. Mr Kejriwal requested the Centre to supply around 2.6 crore vaccine doses for inoculation of all people in the national capital in the next three months.

According to an online briefing, currently vaccination is going on at 100 centres in Delhi. The number of centres will be increased to 250-300 by Delhi Government.
