elhi High Court on Saturday said that if any official at the Central state or local administration blocks the supply of oxygen it '' will not spare them" . The Delhi high court made the comments while hearing a hospital's plea over the shortage of oxygen for seriously ill covid-19 patients. Further, the court told the Delhi government to inform the Centre also about the officials of the local administration so that it could take action against them. The high court also asked the Centre when the 480 MT of oxygen per day allocated to Delhi would see the light of the day.

Delhi high court also called the second wave "Tsunami" it said that this is not the second wave this is Tsunami, and still haven't hit the peak of the cases. we are expecting to reach the peak by mid - May.  How are we preparing for it.?? Asked the High court. Several hospitals in the National Capital are running dry for oxygen and around 20 patients died due to a shortage of oxygen in the Delhi's Jaipur Golden Hospital .
