Ghaziabad's Gurdwara offering "Oxygen langar "

I

ndia is witnessing the worst hit of the second wave, where many lost their lives due to the crisis of  oxygen. Many hospitals in the capital went dry of oxygen, few hospitals have stopped taking admission for patients who need oxygen support.

Meanwhile, a Sikh Gurdwara in Ghaziabad's Indirapuram is offering "oxygen langar" for Covid-19  patients free of cost. The Gurdwara's oxygen langar for Covid-19 patients promises to supply oxygen in their premises to patients who need oxygen support. They provide oxygen support till the patient doesn't get a bed in the hospital. They have also launched a helpline number through which people can book their oxygen cylinder.

Around 700 patients have visited the langar. According to Gurpreet Singh, he said that "we are not giving or refilling cylinder. we are asking people to come up here to the Indirapuram Gurdwara along with the patient in the vehicle and we will provide them with oxygen support. Be it two hours 4 or 8 hours we will provide them".
