ue to the oxygen crisis in the National Capital around 25 patients died at Delhi's Sir Ganga Ram Hospital in 24 hours. According to the source, it said that Low-pressure oxygen could be the likely cause for the deaths. The oxygen stock will last another 2 hours. Ventilators and BiPAP machines are not working effectively. On Thursday night the hospital officials had sent an SOS to the government, saying there are only five hours of oxygen left at the Healthcare facility and requesting it to be replenished urgently.

Several private hospitals in the city have been struggling to replenish their oxygen supply for the last four days. Some of them have even requested the Delhi government to transfer patients to other healthcare facilities. While some hospitals have managed to make short-term arrangements there is no immediate and to crisis in sight.
