Allahabad HC has termed the covid-19 situation "Ram Bharose" in UP's villages:

he Allahabad high court has termed the situation of Uttar Pradesh as Ram Bharose(God's mercy).The court said that the entire medical system in villages and small cities of Uttar Pradesh is at God's mercy. The court made this observation on Monday while hearing a PIL over the surge in Covid-19 cases and the quarantine centers in the state. Judges Siddharth Verma and Ajit Kumar observed while taking into account the death of Santosh Kumar, who was admitted to an isolation ward in Meerut Hospital.

According to PTI, it said that the hospital failed to identify the dead and couldn't locate his file, he was taken as a case of an unidentified body.it also said that the body was packed in a bag and was disposed off. The court stated that "If doctors and paramedical staff adopt such a casual approach and show carelessness in their duty, this is a case of serious misconduct because it's like playing with lives of innocent people '' further added that the state needs to take serious action against those responsible. It said that every nursing home and hospital which had more than 30 beds should have an oxygen plant.

According to the bulletin, it said that 542 are the highest infections surfaced in Gorakhpur,517 in Lucknow,458 in Saharanpur,457 in Gautam Buddh Nagar and 452 in Meerut.
