eepika Padukone has tested positive for covid-19 and is currently in Bangalore with her family. It was reported that ,her father Prakash Padukone , mother Ujjala and sister Anisha had tested positive for the Covid-19. While an official confirmation on behalf of the actress is awaited, The IIFA tweeted that," #Deepika Padukone has tested positive for Covid-19. Get well soon, Deepika!. She is currently in Bangalore with her family.

According to Vimal Kumar, a close one of Deepika's father "Prakash Padukone has been recovering from the infection at a hospital in Bengaluru and is likely to be discharged later this week. This week back Prakash , his wife and Anisha had symptoms and got their result to be positive .He is ok now. All his parameters are fine, his wife and daughter are at home. 

Recently, Deepika shared several mental health helplines on her social media, as it was written that, "As millions of (me and my family) included strive to stay afloat, let us not forget that our emotional well- being is the current crisis, is equally important! Remember, You are not alone. We are in this together. And most importantly, there is Hope!"

Deepika will also team up with Big B in the Hindi remake of the Hollywood film, "The intern".  As per information  she will also be seen in Shahrukh Khan starrer 'Pathan'
