he trading at the National Stock Exchange (NSE) has been halted due to a technical glitch as the updates of the live price quotes of spot Nifty and bank Nifty indexes have stopped updating. Zerodha which is a discount brokerage firm said on its platform “There is an issue with live ticks of NSE indices across brokers. We are in touch with NSE to have this fixed."

The index of Nifty 50 has been stuck at 14,820, up 113 points from previous day’s close and the Nifty bank remained at 35,626 which is up by 1.45 per cent since 10:15 am. The prices of Nifty and Nifty Bank Futures are updating normally. Due to the technical glitch at the Nation Stock Exchange the live price quotes of all the 11 sector gauges compiled by the NSE are also not updating.
