oday, sounding out a warning note against the new strain of coronavirus that has emerged in the United Kingdom, State Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal asked the centre to immediately ban all flights arriving from U.K. to save our country as per the scenario.

Mr Kejriwal stated in social media, "New mutation of corona virus has emerged in the UK, which is a super-spreader. I urge the central government to ban all flights from the UK immediately." Earlier, Britain's health minister warned and imposed strict lockdown in London as well as in southeast England for a couple of months because the new strain was "out of control". UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson disclosed on Saturday that millions must cancel Christmas plans and stay at home from Sunday due to covid-19 pandemic. In September, Scientists first discovered the new variant in a patient, according to the sources then in the month of November, They found the new strain was behind a cluster of cases in Kent which spread covid into London and Essex.
