Arvind Kejriwal Bans import of Live Birds In National Capital

hief Minister of National Capital Arvind Kejriwal  today banned the import of live birds in the city due to bird flu scare from today and set up a 24-hour help line in the wake of an avian bird flu outbreak in several states of the India for protect the rest birds of National Capital. There have been no reports of the flu within Delhi itself so government took an early initiative.

Mr Kejriwal told in press conference “We have collected up to 104 samples till now and they have been sent to Jalandhar to be tested in a laboratory. There is no indication of bird flu in Delhi till now. We will get the laboratory reports by the day after tomorrow. We shall take steps based on those reports," stated in favor of National Capital safety regarding bird flu.

Chief Minister banned the live birds due to bird flu where in other states, number of cases keep increasing. State government banned import just to protect and safe national capital during amid scare pandemic.
