Welcome to the February 2023 archive of Time Magazine India. This is the spot where every recipe, tip, and food story we posted in that month lives together. Whether you’re hunting for a cozy soup, a quick weeknight dinner, or a sweet treat for a celebration, you’ll find it here without digging through endless pages.

We organized the archive so you can jump straight to what matters. Use the search bar at the top to type a keyword like “paneer” or “rice.” Want to see everything we shared about desserts? Click the “Desserts” tag and watch the list filter instantly. It’s built for speed, not frustration.

What’s Hot This February?

February brought a mix of comfort and celebration. Our Winter Warmth Soup series got a lot of love—it’s a simple blend of root veggies, spices, and a splash of cream that’s perfect for chilly evenings. The Quick 30‑Minute Curry guide helped busy readers throw together a flavorful dinner in half an hour, using ingredients you probably already have. And because Valentine’s Day fell in this month, the Heart‑Shaped Chocolate Tart recipe saw a surge in clicks; the step‑by‑step photos made it surprisingly easy.

We also featured regional specialties. The Goan Fish Curry post highlighted authentic coconut‑based sauce techniques, while the Punjabi Chole tutorial broke down the perfect balance of tangy and spicy. Even if you’ve never cooked these dishes before, the clear instructions and handy video clips keep the process realistic.

How to Get the Most Out of Our Archive

First, sort posts by popularity if you want the crowd‑favorites, or by date if you’re after the freshest ideas. Each article includes an ingredient checklist you can print or save to your phone—no more scrambling for a pen mid‑cook. We also added a “Cooking Level” tag, so beginners can spot the easy picks while seasoned cooks can dive into the advanced techniques.

Don’t forget the comment section. Readers often share tweaks that turn a good dish into a great one. For example, one fan suggested adding a pinch of smoked paprika to the Winter Warmth Soup, which gave it an unexpected depth. Those community tips are gold, and we love featuring them in follow‑up posts.

If you’re collecting recipes for a meal plan, use the “Add to Collection” button. It saves the article to your personal dashboard, letting you pull dishes together for a themed dinner night later on. The dashboard also tracks which recipes you’ve tried and lets you rate them, building a custom cookbook over time.

Got a question about an ingredient substitution or cooking method? Drop a quick note in the article’s comment box or hit the “Ask a Chef” link at the bottom. Our editorial team monitors these daily and usually replies within 24 hours. It’s like having a culinary buddy on standby.

Finally, keep an eye on our newsletter sign‑up banner. We send a monthly recap that highlights the best posts from the archive, plus exclusive behind‑the‑scenes stories that you won’t see on the site. Subscribing ensures you won’t miss any hidden gems from February or any other month.

Take a moment, scroll through the list, and click the dishes that spark your curiosity. The February 2023 archive is a ready‑made pantry of ideas—just add your own flavor and enjoy the results.

Supreme Court allows news portal to withdraw plea?

The Supreme Court of India has allowed the news portal, The Leaflet, to withdraw its plea which asked for the protection of its sources from the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). The Leaflet had sought protection for its sources in a case where the CBI had sought access to its data in regards to a case involving the Madhya Pradesh government. The Supreme Court, however, refused to grant protection on the grounds that the news portal had failed to provide details of the sources. The court allowed the withdrawal of the plea on the grounds that the CBI has not taken any coercive action against The Leaflet. The decision was welcomed by the media fraternity as an important precedent for the protection of sources and confidential information.
